Vision Fountain’s creative lead, Richard Jones, is working on an exciting project with the British Motor Museum called “Motor Mouths”.

The project collaborates with leading car manufacturers,  Bentley, Morgan Motor Company and Vauxhall.

Richard is creating a digital installation; car factory workers will tell the story of the UK’s changing automotive landscape, visualised through 2.5-d parallax portraiture, time-lapse and animated archives.

The audio interviews will be mixed with factory sounds and music composed by musician Phil Reeve.

The project is already engaging with Kineton High School and  The Factory Young People’s Centre, in Longbridge, Birmingham.

Workshops were also be held at The British Motor Museum where the children were able to create their “first car” that we put into cyberspace:

The project is funded by Arts Council England and The British Motor Museum.
