Made In Britain
The “Made In Britain / Behind Factory Walls” project is converting over a quarter of a million images, taken inside a variety of British factories, into time lapse films. We have been granted access to factories and plants including car and motorcycle makers, traditional shoe and textile factories, the UK’s largest apple grower, a crystal producer, a steel maker and a pharmaceutical factory.
Unique “micro-documentaries” less than two minutes show entire production processes from beginning to end.
The time lapse micro documentaries have featured at trade shows in the Midlands been published in the Times newspaper and even seen by the Queen during her visit to John Smedley, the UK’s oldest factory.
